Shacklabank is a family run farm that sits upon a hill overlooking the magnificent Howgill Fells and the beautiful town of Sedbergh in the heart of Cumbria.

As well as being a working farm, Shacklabank offers a range of walking holidays and farm experiences allowing guests the opportunity to range freely across the breathtaking landscape and sample working life on a farm.

The emphasis on delicious homemade traditional food, comfortable accommodation and warm hospitality makes Shacklabank the perfect base for you to explore the area.

All holidays are organised and led by farmer and walking guide Alison O'Neill. Itineraries are tailored to suit individual interests and abilities, providing a rewarding mix of invigorating walks, spectacular views, farm life and peaceful relaxation.
