Cheques should be made payable to Alison O’Neill. Your outstanding balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday. (Full payment will be required with your booking if it is less than 6 weeks away.)
We will not be able to return a deposit should you wish to cancel, but it is possible for us to move your deposit to another holiday within the same year (if we can fill your original place). We would also be happy to return a balance if we are able to refill your place.
We advise you to arrange insurance to cover personal accident, cancellation by yourselves or Shacklabank Free Range Walking Holidays, loss of personal effects and personal liability.
Shacklabank Free Range Walking Holidays cannot accept any responsibility for illness, injury or loss.
